Sari Feldman joined Cuyahoga County Public Library on June 2, 2003, as its Executive Director. Cuyahoga County Public Library consistently ranks as one of the nation’s best and busiest library systems.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master’s in Library Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Since 1984, she has served as an adjunct faculty member at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University, in Syracuse, New York.
Ms. Feldman is a member of Leadership Cleveland class of 2004. She is a Board Member of the Center for Community Solutions, a Community Advisory Board Member for the Playhouse Square Education Department, and Chair of The Literacy Cooperative Strategic Communications Committee. In addition, she was named a 2005 YWCA Woman of Achievement and is the recipient of the David C. Sweet Leadership Academy Alumni Community Leadership Award and Leadership Academy’s 2002 Community Impact Award.
She is currently the Vice President/President-Elect of the Public Library Association.
April Miller Boise is the Partner-In-Charge of the Cleveland office and the former Chair of the Women's Initiative at Thompson Hine LLP, a Cleveland-based law firm with eight offices and more than 400 attorneys. She is a member of the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group and has extensive experience planning, structuring, negotiating and implementing complex business transactions for clients. She works efficiently as part of a team with in-house counsel in resolving clients' most challenging legal issues. Her practice includes mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; securities offerings for public and private companies; private equity and venture capital matteres; and corporate governance including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Ms. Boise is active in the community and currently is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Cleveland Foodbank, Inc.; Cleveland Zoological Society; and Cuyahoga Community College Foundation. Ms. Boise received a B.B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration and a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and Ohio.
Tina Hamrick is no ordinary small business owner. She takes her passion for helping NEO businesses thrive and utilize all of the technology that is afforded them very seriously. Tina became a key partner with SJK Beringer Group in 2000 and starting taking customer service to a whole new level. Her customers and her community are number one in her eyes and that is why SJK Beringer Group was a recipient of the 2008 COSE 10 under 10 award.
For the past four years, Tina has been active on the Board of Directors for NAWBO (The National Association of Women Business Owners)
Dee Perry has been part of the Cleveland broadcasting
scene for 33 years, having started her career at WABQ-AM
in 1976. Dee was born and raised in Cleveland, and graduated
from John F. Kennedy High School and Cleveland State University.
90.3 WCPN has been Dee Perry's on-air home for the last 20 years,
and she has performed in several different capacities for this
public radio station. She is currently the host and producer of a
weekday radio talk show called "Around Noon", which focuses on
visual and performing arts, cultural trends, and current events.
In addition, when the company expanded to become ideastream, Dee
stepped into the roles of host and producer for WVIZ/PBS' "Applause", a half-hour weekly television series which is also devoted to arts and
culture. Dee's hobbies and interests include photography, motivational
speaking, writing, and acting.
