They’re experienced, they’re creative, they’re reliable and organized. And when you have an event or party with Executive Caterers, one of them will be yours. Here’s a little bit about each

Moya Donnelly

Moya has worked in the hospitality industry since 1990 and brings a wealth of knowledge to any event. A lot of clients report that within five to ten minutes of meeting Moya, they feel like they’re simply talking to an old friend. But her delightfully easy-going manner belies a sharp, detail-oriented logistics wizard who can take the most complicated and multi-faceted event and make it no more challenging than going out to dinner.  This is crucial, given all the services Executive Caterers can offer, from skilled bakers to the in-house florists and, of course, the best chefs anyone can offer.

Moya knows that your event is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. Nobody turns 75 twice or has a second Bar Mitzvah. So you need a planner who gets it right the first time. To get in contact with Moya click here.

Mary Rose Kellner

There is an innate sweetness about Mary that makes her a natural at working with others. She readily admits to being a sentimental romantic and has always preferred the warm and fuzzy to the cool and calculated. So it might come as no surprise that Mary is a natural born walking stress-reducer. But make no mistake—Mary is a skilled negotiator who will make sure that you get the most party for your money.

Many of Mary’s clients tell of how much easier their event had gone than expected. The main reason for successful events with Mary is the tremendous options Executive Caterers allows her to present along the way. Clients choose among many menu and decor options instead of simply accepting the one-size-fits-all proposal lesser facilities have to rely on. To see what Mary can do to make your event the one people talk about for years click here.

A born listener, Michael is able to take any idea that the clients may have and make it even more glorious than they ever imagined. Madeline Repidonis

She is the product of a Greek-Italian family, yet she’s planned some of the most successful and interesting Bar and Bat Mitzvahs Executive Caterers has ever had.

Madeline lived abroad in the Mediterranean for eleven years and she’s a formal graduate of both culinary arts and business management. If Madeline sounds too good to be true, well, that’s just the way her clients think of her—clients who host all manner of social events, from special anniversaries, milestone birthdays, family reunions and everything in between.

When asked to describe herself, she says, “Being that I am Greek-Italian, I have that old fashioned traditional side of me. Coming from a warm and hospitable nationality and culture has helped me in bonding with the families and making them feel comfortable and exited about planning such a special day…” With her traditional values not withstanding, Madeline makes it a point to keep up with the latest developments in fashion, design and cuisine to make sure each event she plans is unique.
