IBEW Convention
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers convention is just one example of the spectacular way we coordinate events of truly grand scale. Here's what IBEW's president had to say after the event:
"Executive Caterers was chosen exclusively to accommodate the nearly 3000 delegates attending at the Cleveland Convention Center September 11-15, 2006. The task was to provide breakfast and lunch to the delegation, as well as separate catering and dining arrangements for our officers and staff, simultaneously, all week long. In addition, Executive Caterers was responsible for:
"Saturday September 9th
BLOCK PARTY - Ethnic food, drink, desserts, and a huge array of fun food, including smoothies and ice cream, to accommodate even the youngest of attendees on Mall C, was enjoyed by all for an entire fun-filled day.
"Sunday, September 10th
DELEGATES RECEPTIONS - A variety - in abundance - of delicious foods, drinks and desserts were served to the delegates and guests to a nearly "filled to capacity" Public Auditorium.
"Wednesday, September 13th
SPOUSES LUNCHEON - In addition to a superb musical presentation for 2,000, spouses enjoyed a delicious well-presented luncheon including a delectable chicken entrée with beautifully creative mini desserts and coffee as a finale.
"Executive Caterers accepted these enormous responsibilities enthusiastically and provided unsurpassed, uninterrupted service.
"Executive Caterers proved to be a professional, innovative and creative caterer, elegantly providing food on fine china and linens with accompanying silver and serving pieces. Each meal was delightfully prepared and presented with pride and was received by all with full satisfaction.
"Executive Caterers' staff, freshly dressed in tuxedos, were always attentive, friendly and accommodating. Their willingness to oblige with out any hesitation for any last minute requests was genuinely appreciated and graciously received.
