We just wanted you to know how impressed everyone in our party was with the class setting, elegant decor, overwhelming service and the succulent and well presented food and drink that made our daughter's wedding reception last Friday one to enjoy and remember. For many of our guests, this was their first Landerhaven experience. We received so many compliments that we just had to let you know how much we appreciate what you and your staff did for us.
The ambiance of the courtyard and waterfall made such a favorable impression for the cocktail hour. The tremendous spread of fruits, cheese, and other savory morsels were enjoyed both before and after they were consumed. Those who prepared the drinks were most accommodating and proficient with any and all drinks requested. And what a culinary delight in presentation and taste! Again, the service was extraordinary in every way. So many folks partied and danced the night away. And when it came time to leave, your staff was there to see that everyone got to their cars and that the bridal gifts were properly stored. From start to finish, you and your staff deserve your reputation as Cleveland's premier banquet center. You are a most gracious host, and we thank you again for being there for us.
